Antonia Nichols
Clinical Director
Veterinary SurgeonAntonia graduated from the R(D)SVS Edinburgh in 2007. Her veterinary career started in the beautiful valleys of North Wales as an all creatures great and small practitioner. Following 18 months overseas practicing amongst New Zealand’s even bigger mountains she returned to the lovely rolling south downs of Hampshire to pursue companion animal medicine. She enjoys all aspects of general practice from playful puppies and mischievous kittens to our wonderful geriatric furry ladies and gentlemen. Antonia is studying with the RCVS Advanced Practitioner program focussing on medicine. At home she is kept in line by a gorgeous Border Collie cross Kelpie called Dolwen and a middle aged, delinquent, black and white cat, Scrat

Beth Eastwood

Veterinary SurgeonBethany graduated from Cambridge University in 2016 and went straight into small animal veterinary practice. She has a special interest in dentistry and imaging but loves the variety that comes with being a general practice vet.
She used to swim and play water polo competitively and enjoys swimming, walking and knitting.

Nicola Holehouse

Veterinary SurgeonNicola graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2006. She grew up locally and has worked in this area for most of her career.
Nicola has a special interest in cardiology and ultrasound imaging in general. She is also a keen soft tissue surgeon and generally enjoys all aspects of small animal practice, particularly if it involves Boxer dogs! Nicola is also a vetGDP advisor and enjoys teaching our new graduates and vet students.
Nicola has 2 horses, Monty and Craig and competes successfully up to National level in eventing and dressage. She and her husband also enjoy going for walks with their Boxer puppy Holly.

Mariella Savage
Veterinary Surgeon
Mariella graduated from the University of Surrey in 2020, and spent 3 years working at a local small animal hospital before moving to Farnham Veterinary Group. She enjoys all aspects of GP small animal practice but has a particular interest in medicine cases; she is currently studying for her Small Animal Internal Medicine post graduate certificate. Outside of work, Mariella’s true love are Connemara ponies, with whom she spends a lot of her time competing with and co-managing with her family their small stud. She enjoys keeping active, spending time with family and friends and escaping to warmer climates when able to! As well as the ponies, Mariella has a cheeky rescue cat ‘Oswald’ she took home from the hospital last year, and two family dogs.

Veterinary SurgeonNoelia graduated from the University of Zaragoza in 2012, and gained veterinary experience in Spain before moving to the UK in 2016.
She has special interests in surgery, diagnostic imaging and feline medicine and is working towards a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (General Small Animal Surgery). She is the proud owner of Su the cat, and enjoys eating out, travelling and Pilatese.

Veterinary SurgeonStephanie graduated from The Royal Veterinary College in London in 1994. She also did an internship at the University of Pennsylvania Vet School in Philidelphia.
She has a special interest in Internal Medicine,Critical Care and Transfusion Medicine.She also ran a Pain Management and Rehabilitation Clinic for 4 years.
Away from work she enjoys horseriding,long distance running and travelling.

Gemma Morley
Veterinary SurgeonGemma trained at Liverpool University and joined us in 2009. She is based at the Vale Veterinary Centre and specialises in small animals, particularly small animal surgery. Before family responsibilities took over, Gemma was a successful Vaulting (gymnastics on horseback) competitor, nationally and internationally. She also has a dog – a lurcher which she rescued since she started at Rivendell.

I am a Jamaican (born and raised) and have been living in the UK for the last 6.5 years. I graduated from the University of the West Indies School of Veterinary Medicine ( St, Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago) in 2010. Since then I have lived and worked as a vet in Jamaica, Sint Maarten ( Dutch West Indies) and Anguilla (British West Indies), and now the UK. I recently completed my PgCert in Emergency Medicine and Surgery, and I am very keen to start a Cert AVP as soon as I can. I am also certified in BLS and ALS from the RECOVER programme, and this is an area of special interest for me.
Outside of vet med, I am a singer. I have toured Europe and have been to Central, South America, the Caribbean and as far as Kenya, Africa singing background vocals for award winning Jamaican Reggae and Gospel artistes. I have two dogs, and one cat, all rescued, and they moved with me from the Caribbean. I love to travel, and I have visited over 40 countries so far -

Outside of work she has two cats that demand a lot of attention, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Head NurseKarie qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2015, and spent five years working in a referral hospital in Alton. She has spent a lot of time working in theatre nursing, something she particularly enjoyed.
She has a busy home life with her husband, two children, dog and cat. When she gets time she enjoys long walks and spending time in the garden.

I have a keen interest in cats and exotics. I own a royal python, creasted gecko, gargoyle gecko and a three-legged Bombay cat. I enjoy reading, shopping and spending time with my husband.

Animal Nursing AssistantWith a degree in criminology and policing and previously running her own dog walking and pet sitting business for 4 years Laila is working towards becoming an RVN.
In her spare time, she enjoys being creative with needle felting and other art projects but most importantly spending time with her lovable rescue kitten Melvin and her joyful indoor bunny Gertrude. Laila has previously owned and rescued many different exotic pets from reptiles to insects and hopes to grow her knowledge with exotic animals.

Animal Nursing AssistantJade started working as a veterinary receptionist in 2023 after an experience with her little black cat, Sootsprite, where he broke his femur! Their trips back and forth between vets after his surgery to repair it left her moved and interested by the different workings of practices. Seeking more in depth work within the veterinary world Jade has joined the Farnham Vet Group as an animal nursing assistant to be able to help other people and their animals the same way she was helped throughout her journey.
She has owned many fun animals, including an African pygmy hedgehog, jumping spiders and a crested gecko! Currently she owns a 24 year old cat, Cookie, a shar pei, Titan (lovingly known as Pickles), Sootsprite, her black cat and the apple of her eye and is looking to buy another jumping spider soon.

IMSc, Level 3 Cert, MRAMPHannah graduated with an Integrated Masters in Veterinary Physiotherapy from Writtle University College in 2022. She also holds a Level 3 Canine Hydrotherapy qualification with Level 4 Underwater Treadmill Unit from the same university. Hannah is a member of the Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners (RAMP). Hannah hopes in a few years she can achieve her childhood dream of owning her own horse as she has been riding for over 10 years. Away from animals, she enjoys watching rugby and Formula 1.

Heather has been a practice manager since 2003, and is busy with animals outside of work too. She is heavily involved in the show world, judging most gundog breeds, and showing her own golden retrievers.
She has two horses, two cats and two guinea pigs, and her daughter Ellie is a member of the Petersfield pony club.

She has two golden retrievers, called Chase and Asher, and competes in Hoopers and Agility competitions with them both. She also adopted two cats from the CPL, Bernie and Miss Murphy who are now 16 years old.

Since relocating to the UK, she worked at a physiotherapy practice in London before moving to Farnham and joining FVH. Always a dog person, but since relocating to England has become a cat lover, and proud co-owner of an extremely lively Bengal.
