I had to take my precious Cat Oti to the hospital 2 weeks ago as an emergency as he had collapsed. Sadly we lost him. The staff at this hospital were so kind to both myself & my daughter, nothing was rushed, they were so understanding & compassionate. Thank you so much – your kindness meant the world to us at this very difficult time.
Sadly our dog passed away recently. We have used the practice in ash vale for many years. I am so glad the hospital facility is available in Farnham. From the moment we needed emergency treatment to the very end, all staff, reception, nurses and vets gave us all 5* treament. I would recommend them to family and friends. No pressure about treatment options, lots of support and advice available.
Just over a week ago I had to make use of the out of hrs service, in Farnham, for our cat Joan. I can’t fault the care that the staff showed towards Joan and me! The good news is, Joan appears to have made a full recovery.
